We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or defective.
Customers must report the issue within 5 days of the product being delivered.
To process a return request, customers are required to record an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the condition of the product. This video helps us verify any damage or defects.
Return requests submitted without proper proof may not be approved.

Return Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted if:

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
If an order is cancelled by the customer after payment has been made or after the order has been confirmed, a 2.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value to cover payment gateway processing charges.
